Servicing Department
Local 5’s servicing department assures that member service and representation is maintained at the superior level that has made it a source of pride for the union for years.
The department sets standards for hours and frequency of visits by representatives to worksites and conducts constant training to make sure reps are knowledgeable on contract and health, welfare and a host of other issues to make sure the members get the right answer.
